Here I'm linking a bunch of recipes I've tried and enjoyed. Most of these are low fodmap or can be made low fodmap with substitutions. All these work with rice flour unless specified otherwise.
Crepes: Do you want to feel fancy? Make crepes! They're easy to make batter for in advance, and you can top them with all sorts of things. However, if making with rice flour, they do not hold up as leftovers without microwaving or reheating in a pan.
Orange cake : This works perfectly fine without the lemon extract if you can't be bothered getting lemon extract. Mixed in a bit of lemon juice with the orange juice instead, and it was lovely.
